I started in the Real Estate Industry almost 20 years ago and immediately dove into real estate investment sales. Even though this was much more difficult than typical residential sales, I found this challenge exciting, invigorating and loved it.
I quickly learned how to properly ascertain the value of a potential investment property and whether it was viable for my investor clients. Moving forward on viable deals all the way to closing, I found that it was extremely difficult to find a property manager in Rochester and the surrounding areas to properly manage with integrity and the owner’s best interest at heart. This was very frustrating for me.

So to make sure that my clients were going to continue receive the level of service that I had provide during the purchase of the investment property from start to close, I decided to get certified as a property manager in the area because I knew that I could do it better.
Flash forward 18 years and I have seen 95% of my business come directly from referrals alone and we have grown from a handful of units to almost 200. I attribute this to my dedication to my clients and to my desire to provide the best customer service, honesty and true desire to have my client’s investments excel and provide the best net profit possible through proper management, highly detailed and thorough screening of potential tenants before a lease agreement is signed and retaining the best tenants possible.
